Production Manager
Job Description
In this role, you will be in charge of production for custom air handlers, boilers, and pump skids. You will work with the in house Engineer to plan projects, create schedules, daily task lists, monitor job performance, and facilitate a fast paced work environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Create project schedules with in house engineer to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with floor supervisors to create daily task lists
- Work with accounting and in house engineer to ensure time sheets and project budget are accurate
- Maintain a safe working environment consistent with all local, state, and OSHA requirements
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but no required
- Experience in manufacturing as production management/leadership position
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Management/Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
